About the Book

The workbook on l.C.S.E. Biology Class IX has been written in accordance with the latest syllabus prescribed by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi for the students of Class IX of Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (l.C.S.E.) Examinations.

The aim of this workbook is to cultivate in students a regular habit of recapitulating the lesson taught in the class and to express it through answering the questions in a systematic way. Drawing neat and clean sketch diagrams gives a clear picture in mind and enables them to grasp the difficult concepts easily. This workbook also tests as to how much the students have really imbibed from their text lessons.

This workbook enables the students to develop skill of learning by doing. The questions are properly graded like Matching type questions, Fill in the blanks, True/False, ShortAnswer type questions, Long-Answer type questions, Picture based questions and Objective type questions. This book will provide ample scope for an individual to assimilate the gist of each chapter.
