You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize the Company to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content to enable inclusion and use of the User Content in the manner contemplated by the App and Website and these Terms; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Content to use their name or likeness in the manner contemplated by the App and Website and these Terms.

In addition to the other restrictions contained in these Terms, you agree that you will not:

Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software or code comprising or in any way making up a part of the App or Website.
Collect or store any personally identifiable information from other users of the App or Website without their express permission.
Sell, transfer, or assign any rights to use the App or Website or any of its content or features.
Use the App or Website in any way that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App or Website will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free from viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

The Company has the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App or Website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
