Return Policy
Books purchased from Merit Box can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that books purchased from our showrooms or other book stores cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the Showroom/Bookstore.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@meritbox.app with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any shipping or processing charges. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the item.
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If the return is a result of our error, we will also refund the shipping charges to return the item.
Please note that we do not replace or exchange books. Only refunds will be provided.
