About the Book

A Textbook of Social Sciences for Class X has been written in accordance with the latest Rationalised syllabus of the Nagaland Board of School Education, Kohima.
The book has 4 units. Unit I deals with India and the Contemporary World, Unit II with Resources (India), Unit III with Democratic Politics and the last, Unit IV with Understanding an Economy.
The book is a sincere attempt to make Social Sciences an interesting, learner friendly subject which is easy to grasp.
