About the Book

Essential Science is a series of books for classes 3 to 5, it endeavours to encourage learners to enquire, explore, discover and help them learn without burden. The content of the book is mapped with the latest guidelines of the New Curriculum released by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). It also comprises the recommendations of the National Education Policy 2020, Which focuses on the development of art Integration skills, problem solving skills, inquiry based skills, etc. among learners. The chapters are designed as per five-step
learning process which aim the holistic development of the learners.
